It is important to be vigilant about your oral health. Here are some ways you can reduce the risk of getting oral cancer.

  • Moderate Alcohol – Excess intake elevates your risk.
  • Protect from Sun – Especially the lower lip, where exposure is greatest.
  • Know Your History – A family link to oral cancer, particularly squamous cell carcinoma, raises your risk.
